Information about dishes, availability, prices and opening hours may be updated. An order is subject to the confirmation process displayed in the ordering system or communicated by AL PUNTO.

2. Data we process
- Enquiries and orders: name, telephone number, email address when requested, desired date and time, number of people, products, notes and the content of the communication.
- Online orders: contact and order details entered into KitchenOS/Kitchos, including date, time slot, portions, type of rice dish and comments.
- Communications: information sent by the user by telephone, email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser, security logs and necessary cookies; non-essential cookies are used only in accordance with the applicable consent settings.
Please do not include medical information in the notes. If you tell us about allergies or intolerances so that we can manage your order, this information will be processed only to handle that request and protect your health, on the basis of your explicit consent and/or any other lawful basis permitted by applicable regulations.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To respond to enquiries and manage orders, reservations, collections and related communications: steps taken at the user’s request before entering into a contract and performance of the contractual relationship.
