This website provides information about AL PUNTO, its menu, opening hours, contact details and enquiry or ordering systems. Users agree to use it lawfully, in good faith and without harming its operation or the rights of third parties.
Information about dishes, availability, prices and opening hours may be updated. An order is subject to the confirmation process displayed in the ordering system or communicated by AL PUNTO.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, visual identity, logos and other content on this website belong to its owner or are used with permission. Reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation is not permitted without prior authorisation, except where allowed by law.
4. Third-party links and services
The website may link to maps, social media and WhatsApp; those external services have their own terms and policies. The AL PUNTO order form is available at app.alpuntoarroceria.com and is part of its own order management system.
5. Liability
AL PUNTO seeks to keep information and services available and secure but cannot guarantee the complete absence of interruptions or errors beyond its control. Nothing in this notice limits the mandatory rights of consumers and users.
Privacy policy

2. Data we process
- Enquiries and orders: name, telephone number, email address when requested, desired date and time, number of people, products, notes and the content of the communication.
- Online orders: contact and order details entered into the AL PUNTO order form, including date, time slot, portions, type of rice dish and comments.
- Communications: information sent by the user by telephone, email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser, security logs and necessary cookies; non-essential cookies are used only in accordance with the applicable consent settings.
Please do not include medical information in the notes. If you tell us about allergies or intolerances so that we can manage your order, this information will be processed only to handle that request and protect your health, on the basis of your explicit consent and/or any other lawful basis permitted by applicable regulations.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To respond to enquiries and manage orders, reservations, collections and related communications: steps taken at the user’s request before entering into a contract and performance of the contractual relationship.
- To comply with administrative, tax, accounting and consumer obligations: compliance with legal obligations.
- To protect the website, prevent misuse and resolve incidents: legitimate interest in maintaining the security and continuity of the service.
- To use non-essential cookies or technologies, when enabled: consent, which can be withdrawn using the available settings mechanism.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. 7. Security and confidentiality
AL PUNTO applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Authorised staff and providers must process information confidentially and only for the purposes stated.
8. Minors
The ordering services are not intended for persons under 18. If data submitted by a minor without appropriate authorisation is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.

Advertising measurement: Google and Meta
On alpuntoarroceria.com and app.alpuntoarroceria.com, optional statistics use Google Analytics 4. Advertising measurement through Google Ads and Meta Pixel requires a separate advertising/marketing choice. Ordering does not require consent to either. Google Analytics is linked to Google Ads for conversion measurement, without audience imports in this configuration.
With consent, Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may receive limited navigation/order events, visited page and campaign source, IP address, browser/device information and cookie identifiers. These data are not anonymous. We do not send customer form fields, email, telephone, delivery addresses, notes or allergies to Meta Pixel. Advanced matching and automatic form collection are disabled. A received order is not reported as a paid purchase.
Meta may use _fbp and, where applicable, _fbc, typically for about 3 months, subject to browser restrictions and provider settings. The app remembers preferences in local browser storage until changed or cleared; attribution and event deduplication use session storage. Preferences are managed separately on the website and app. Advertising measurement also requires statistics in this implementation.
You can reject optional measurement and later withdraw it through “Gestionar privacidad” on the website or “Preferencias de medición” in the app. Provider processing may take place outside the EEA. See the privacy and retention details from Google, Meta and our privacy policy.
